SWENN Saddle Washer

SWENN Saddle Washers are made of 1 mm thick aluminum sheet formed to fit the shape of corrugation, bonded to 2 mm vulcanized EPDM for efficient weather resistance, sealing and leakproof capabilities.

Application Range

  • Engineering fastening solutions for roofs in combination with screws.

  • Ideal for use in the valleys of corrugated or ribbed sheets.

  • Suitable for various roofing profiles to provide a secure and watertight seal.

  • Made from 1mm thick aluminum sheet with 2mm thick vulcanized EPDM, shaped to fit corrugated profiles.
  • Excellent weather resistance and sealing capabilities.
  • Reinforcing Ribs Added strength and stability for a secure fit.
  • Designed to work with 16mm and 19mm diameter screw washers.
  • Designed to prevent over-bending the crown of corrugated sheet
